Our Course Offerings
UK Role-Based Awareness
These awareness-level trade compliance overview courses introduce employees in organizations subject to UK export controls to these common themes of the trade process: “Who are you doing business with?” “What is the subject of your transaction?” “How is your transaction being conducted?” The courses are differentiated by learner job function and include engaging scenarios that illustrate how these concepts can impact day-to-day situations. We offer differentiated tracks for companies subject to UK Dual-Use Controls or UK Defence Controls. Upon course completion, you will earn certification and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points from the Institute of Export and International Trade.
This foundational and function-based training focuses on U.S. regulations for non-U.S. compliance professionals and includes certification and CPD points from the IOE&IT as well as monthly live and on-demand webinars from compliance experts in industry, government, and academia – all with a full year of course access and regulatory updates.
UK Sanctions & Anti-Corruption
This offering trains those subject to the jurisdiction of the UK on the personal and corporate responsibilities under the Bribery Act 2010 and includes an overview of the act, situations considered bribery that are prohibited by the act, penalties, and procedures for mitigating risk.
